William Gropper (American, 1897-1977). Portfolio, American Folklore: Lithographs by Gropper. Complete set of 10 lithographs: Paul Bunyan, Rip van Winkle, The Headless Horseman, Davy Crockett, Mike Fink, Johnny Appleseed, John Brown, Finn Mac Cool, John Henry, Joe Magarac. In a paper folio. All signed and titled in the plate in the lower margin. Each sheet 17" x 11". Slight toning to sheets; toning, staining and discoloration to paper folio, tears and creases to corners and at seams.
