Rene Pinard (France, 1883-1938). Nautical etching, The Cruiser Edgar Quinet in Algiers. Pencil signed lower right Rene Pinard, with Anchor and artist’s red P stamp, and dated 1930, with inscription "A monsieur PH Mills en hommage", numbered 78/180 in pencil lower left. Sheet 19 3/4" x 27". Unframed. Stored rolled, with vertical creases throughout. Foxing, staining and discoloration throughout margins, some foxing to image; creasing and minor tears to corners and along edges of sheet.

From the estate of Maurice Binder. Born in 1918, Maurice Binder was an American film title designer, best known for his work on 14 James Bond films, including Dr. No. He died in 1991 at the age of 72.
