Elemer Kovacs (Hungary, 1930-). Oil on canvas, horses. Signed lower right Kovacs Elemer and with artist’s stamps on verso. 19 1/2" x 23 1/2" (with frame 25 1/2" x 29 1/2"). Minor paint loss upper left and upper right; chips and losses to frame.
