Franz Hanfstaengl (German, 1804-1877), after Franz von Lenbach (1836-1904). Engraving, portrait of Otto von Bismarck. Signed and dated F. Lenbach 1894 in the plate lower right and with von Bismarck signature in the plate in the lower margin. With a second image, etching of Rothenburg, Germany, printed on verso. Rothenburg etching illegibly signed in pencil lower right. Unframed. Sheet 23 1/2" x 20 1/2". Smudges and discoloration in the margins, tears along edges into margins, creases to corners, waviness to paper.
