2 piece art lot. F.C. (Frank C.) Herbst watercolor, port scene, signed lower right, unframed, matted, 11 3/4" x 15 1/2" (with mat 16" x 20"); colored pencil drawing, landscape, signed M. (Mary or Minnie) Sellers lower right, 9" x 12" (with frame 15 1/2" x 18 1/4"). Herbst mat stained and torn, scratches and staining to watercolor; Sellers toning and discoloration to mat.
