Frank C. Herbst (American, 1912-1970). Double sided oil on panel. Portrait of a seated woman, with street scene painted on verso. Both signed F.C. Herbst lower right, portrait dated in pencil April 1923 lower right and additionally dated in pencil lower left. 27 3/4" x 21 1/2" (with frame 30 5/8" x 24 1/4"). Pin holes and paint loss to corners and along edges, warping to panel.
