Richard Hayley Lever (American, 1876-1958). Watercolor and pencil on paper, figures. Signed, titled Concarneau Brittany and dated summer 1926 in pencil lower center. Sheet 6 1/4" x 8 1/8" (with frame 20 3/4" x 16 5/8"). Toning to sheet, very minor losses to corners; discoloration to mat, chips and losses to frame.
