Continental armorial stained and painted leaded glass window panel. Two knights or soldiers, one holding a flag. With small religious scenes and a heraldic shield at center above German text. Dated 1542 above the figures. In a wooden frame. Panel 17 1/4" x 12 1/2" (with frame 19 1/2" x 14 3/4"). Chip to red glass at top of shield, scratch to figure at right visible on reverse; chips, splits and paint loss to frame.
