Quillwork or paper scroll tea caddy. Octagonal form, rolled paper, appears to be finished with varnish, brass handle. 6 5/8"L x 4 3/8"D x 5 1/8"H. No interior lid, losses to interior lining, lid does not close flush, section of paper missing from medallion on one side, paper missing from flower below keyhole, repair to front panel, cracking to paper section on right panel; chips, losses and splits to wood around rim, section of wood loose and separating between front panels.
