Attributed to Frank Owen Salisbury (English, 1874-1962). Oil on canvas, portrait of a gentleman. Unsigned. "F. Salisbury" with illegible inscription below written on verso. 20" x 16". Some crazing, paint loss along the edges and to corners, inpainting throughout.
