Jan Meijer (Dutch, 1925-1995). Portfolio, Socrate le dernier souffle (Socrates, the Last Breath). Set of 12 carborundum engravings, with 13 corresponding text pages. Engravings all signed, titled and numbered 20/99 in pencil in the lower margin. Missing slipcase. Unframed. Each sheet 35 1/2" x 25". Toning, foxing and discoloration throughout and to verso of sheets, La Fin engraving small tear lower right, tear along left margin of last page.
