Giovanni Battista Piranesi (Italian, 1720-1778). 2 etchings. Veduta del Palazzo fabbricato sul Quirinale per le Segreterie de Brevi et della Sacra Consulta, plate 16" x 24 1/4" (with frame 25 3/4" x 34 1/4"); Veduta della Facciata della Basilica di S. Croce in Gerusalemme, plate 15 3/4" x 24 1/8" (with frame 25 3/4" x 34 1/4"). Palazzo slight waviness to paper, some smudging and toning to the margins; Basilica sheet loose in frame, some waviness to paper, smudging visible in margins; both with some discoloration to mats, chips and losses to frames.
