Lot 109:
After Gerrit Rietveld (Dutch, 1888- 1964). Reproduction of the "De Stijl" and Bauhaus-inspired Red and Blue chair designed by Rietveld in 1918 . Lacquered and painted wood. No apparent maker’s marks or brand labels. Scratches, scuffs and losses to paint on blue seat. Marks, scuffs, and wear throughout legs and stretcher. Arms of chair are slightly loose. Wear and remnants of felt to yellow-painted end of chair’s left arm.
