With Phillips auction label sale 444, dated 4/20/1982 and a letter of authenticity from Harold G. Davidson dated 1981 attached on verso. 6 1/4" x 8 7/8" (with frame 15 1/8" x 17 5/8"). Crease to paper along right side.
