Thomas Mercer English ship’s chronometer. Brass, with silvered dial and Roman numerals, in a wooden and brass case with beveled glass window. Dial marked Thomas Mercer Ltd. St. Albans, England. Dial 4 5/8"-diameter. Case 7 1/8"W x 7 1/4"D x 7 1/8"H. Lid does not close flush, some losses to brass patina on clock and mounts on box, fleabites around edges of crystal, no key for case, minor scratches to wood, untested.
