Pay order from the State of Connecticut to Captain Benjamin Durkee, signed by Oliver Wolcott Jr., dated February 6, 1784, 5 5/8" x 6 1/8"; pay order / receipt for riding expenses, State of Connecticut to Howard Moulton, dated Hartford, September 11, 1788, 8 1/4" x 6 1/2". Both with toning and creasing.
