Fall Uncurated Estates Finds Auction
Lot 201:
Kagura menshu, 2 folios of Japanese woodblock prints with kagura masks and other items. Each in a cloth folio with a paper label. Each volume 24 tipped in woodblocks on 12 pages (2 to a page). Dated Showa 11 (1936). Each folio 9" x 6 1/2" x 3/4". Both folios with fading and discoloration to the cloth, some foxing and fading to the paper labels, paper label on first volume creased, both with tears to inner cardboard (pieces present), pages all with some toning, notations in pencil inside front cover of first volume.
