Amos Doolittle (American, 1754-1832). A Correct Map of Connecticut from actual survey, 1797, engraved by A. Doolittle, New Haven, engraved for B. Trumbull’s History of Connecticut. Sheet 18" x 22 1/2" (with frame 21" x 25"). Toning, foxing and discoloration throughout, tears to corners and along edges, 2 larger tears in right margin into image, creasing throughout, writing in ink in upper and lower margins; minor chips and losses to frame.
