Watercolor, portrait of a woman. Artist signed lower right below the mat and signed E.J. Oakley and dated Jan. 11 1898 on verso. 10 1/2" x 6 1/2" (with frame 13 3/4" x 17 3/4"). Waviness to paper, chips and losses to gilt frame.
