Maud Oakes (American, 1903-1990) and Jeff King (Navajo, circa 1865-1964). Where the Two Came to Their Father: A Navaho War Ceremonial, Bollingen Series, 1943. Cloth portfolio with 18 silkscreens, with accompanying book of text. Each silkscreen sheet 23 3/4" x 17 7/8", folio 24 3/8" x 18 1/2". Sheets all with toning and discoloration, stains to silkscreens and folio throughout, sheets all with creasing and tears to corners and along edges, folio warped and with staining and fraying; text book with tears to cover, some toning to pages, discoloration to cover.
