Teodora Blanco Nunez (Mexican, 1928-1980). 5 Mexican folk art pottery figures, figure of a boy, initialed TB on the underside, 8 1/4"H; woman with goose, initialed TB on the underside, 6 3/8"H; woman with wings, initialed TB on the underside, 7"H. With two additional pottery figures, both unsigned, taller 4"H. Woman with goose chip to nose; 2 smaller figures both with chips throughout, 1 missing arm and with larger chips to ears, 1 with baskets detached and with larger chips to hands and flowers (some pieces present). Provenance: The estate of Fred Leighton, New York City. Fred Leighton was a jeweler and the owner of Fred Leighton, a jewelry store on Madison Avenue in New York City.
