Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). The Sea Gull (film). Group of 56 original costume design sketches, 55 in sepia ink and 1 in pencil, most on tracing paper. Various characters, most with character names written in ink and some with additional handwritten notations in pencil and ink. Arkadina II sheet 23 3/4" x 19". All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the film The Sea Gull, Warner Bros. / Seven Arts, 1968; adapted from Chekhov’s 1896 play The Seagull.
