Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). The Good Doctor. 9 pieces original costume design artwork. Mixed media with gouache, ink and pencil on paper. 3 matted and with typed labels (all detached from mounts) and 3 mounted and with Brooks-Van Horn Costume Co. forms with measurements and other info attached on verso. All with character and actor names handwritten in ink and 2 with additional notations in pencil. Various characters, including Pochaticin (Barnard Hughes), Sexton (Hughes), Kistunov (Christopher Plummer), "Audition" (Marsha Mason), "A Quiet War" (Plummer), Vulia (Mason), General Brassilhov (Hughes), Madame Brassilhov (Frances Sternhagen), Husband (Rene Auberjonois). General Brassilhov sheet 20 5/8" x 13 1/4". All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of The Good Doctor, Eugene O’Neill Theatre, 1973-1974.
