Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Little Me. Group of 17 pieces of original costume design artwork, mixed media with gouache on black illustration board. Various characters, including Goodbye – Angel, Goodbye – Prince’s Servant, Maid (Marianne Price), 4 Doggone Dimples – Cop, Rich Kids Party – Maid, Rich Kids Party – Mrs. Eggleston’s Guest, Rich Kids Party – Flunky, Doughboy Party – Girl, Rich Kids Rag – Girl, Tartars – Goodbye, Virgins – Goodbye, 2 Rosenzweig Peasant, The Rosenzweig Gang – Goodbye. All with character names handwritten in gold ink. Rosenzweig Gang 15" x 20". With 3 manila envelopes and 3 additional sheets of fabric swatches, and 4 typed pages of costume notes, dates and a letter concerning Old Belle’s (Linda Baron) dress from Peter Roberts to Tony Walton. All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Little Me, Eugene O’Neill Theatre, 1982; and the West End production, Prince of Wales Theatre, 1984-85.
