Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Lear (ballet). Group of 20 pieces costume and makeup design artwork. 10 makeup designs, prints on paper with hand embellishment, each sheet 14" x 8 1/2"; 10 costume design sketches, pencil drawings on paper, each sheet 17" x 14". All as is and in production used condition and with tears, creases and other losses. Created by Tony Walton for the ballet Lear, San Francisco Ballet, 1985.
