A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Group of 5 vintage posters and window cards from various productions, most 1960s. Original Broadway run with Zero Mostel, Alvin Theatre (1962) and with Dick Shawn, Mark Hellinger Theatre (1964); West End production with Frankie Howerd, 2 Strand Theatre posters (1963) and 1 Piccadilly Theatre (1986 revival). Alvin 22" x 14". All as is, with bumped corners, toning and other discoloration, creases and minor losses. Tony Walton designed the sets and costumes for the 1962 / 1964 Broadway productions and the 1986 West End revival, and did the sets, costumes and was a producer on the 1963 West End production. He would later work on the 1996 Broadway revival, his fifth trip to the Forum.
