Tony Walton (British, 1922-2022). Four Baboons Adoring the Sun. Grouping of photographs, notes and other papers and research, reference and production materials. With original sketches, 2 sun disc mosaics and 2 printed background projection images. Larger sun disc 11 3/4" x 15". All as is and in production used condition. Compiled by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Four Baboons Adoring the Sun, Lincoln Center Theater at the Vivian Beaumont, 1992. Tony Walton was nominated for an Outer Critics Circle award for Outstanding Set Design for his work on the show. Four Baboons was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Play in 1992.
