Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Moonlight. 2 portfolios of set design artwork, including originals and prints. Portfolio 1:16 prints of backdrops and set model, some mounted and with 31 additional copies of set design artwork and the set model, and 7 photos of the production; 27 pieces of original artwork, including an envelope of small pencil sketches, gouache and other mediums for various backdrops and other set elements; many duplicates, largest print 12 1/4" x 30" including mount. Portfolio 2: 11 additional prints and other copies; folder containing notes, photos and other papers related to the production; stage plan for Theatre Du Rond-Point and a carpet breakdown in colored pencil for the Laura Pels. All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the off-Broadway production of Moonlight, Roundabout Theatre II (Laura Pels Theatre), 1995; and Theatre Du Rond-Point, Paris, 1997.
