Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Steel Pier. Group of set model pieces. Mixed media with cardboard, metal, wood and other materials. Covered wood sections 9 1/4"L x 2 1/8"H. As is and in production used condition, and with missing and loose pieces. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Steel Pier, Richard Rodgers Theatre, 1997. Tony Walton was nominated for Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Tony Awards for Scenic Design for the production.
