Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Annie Get Your Gun. 2 portfolios containing notes, lists and other papers related to the production, research / reference materials, original artwork and prints and other copies. Portfolio 1: 3 manila folders containing reference / research materials, 2 manila folders containing notes and other papers related to the production and national tour, 4 manila folders containing original pencil on tracing paper sketches and many photocopies of sketches of various set elements, 2 blueprints for the Dallas Summer Musicals tour production, an envelope of photos of rope, a manila folder of photocopied technical drawings, 2 Annie Get Your Gun window cards. Portfolio 2: 10+ prints of various posters / banners, a collection of copies and photos. Window cards 22" x 14". All as is and in production used condition. Created and compiled by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Annie Get Your Gun, Marquis Theatre, 1999-2001; and the subsequent U.S. tour, 2000. Annie Get Your Gun won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical in 1999.
