Guillaume Sanson, son of Nicolas Sanson, Pieter (Pierre) Mariette, Paris. Dated 1667. Engraving with hand coloring. 17 7/8" x 23 3/4" (with frame 18 1/2" x 24 1/2"). Foxing, toning and other discoloration throughout, 1667 written in pencil upper right margin, vertical crease at center, small tear lower center, waviness to paper; glass on frame cracked upper right.
