Description
This lot comprises three matching Art Deco style pendant chandeliers, each featuring a hemispherical bowl carved from translucent mottled orange-brown alabaster. The bowls are decorated with a continuous hand-carved foliate leaf border near the rim and are suspended by three gold-tone twisted textile cords accented with decorative knots. These cords connect to matching stone ceiling canopies. Internally, each fixture contains a single light socket. While no manufacturer marks are visible, the craftsmanship and material are characteristic of mid-20th century European stone lighting. Dimensions: 16 1/2 inches diameter x 9 1/2 inches height; 47-inch drop.
