Description
This lot features two vintage items from the Gabriel The Lone Ranger series. The first is a loose Lone Ranger action figure, manufactured in Hong Kong circa 1980. The figure is constructed of molded plastic and vinyl and is professionally encapsulated in an Action Figure Authority acrylic display case, graded U85 NM+ with serial number 10993219. It includes the original pistol accessory. The second item is the Tonto & Scout set, model number 28691, containing a fully jointed Tonto action figure and his Indian paint pony, Scout. The horse features a rearing-action mechanism and includes a display stand and authentic Western accessories including a saddle, bit, and reins. These items represent the 3.75-inch scale action figure market of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Largest item measures approximately 15.5 x 9 x 4 inches.
Condition: The Lone Ranger figure is in near-mint plus condition as graded by AFA. The Tonto & Scout set is in its original window box, which shows visible shelf wear including edge scuffing, corner tears, and surface creasing. The internal components appear complete with original accessories and the figures remain in good vintage condition.
