Vintage Japanese toy set by Bandai based on the 1990 Tokusatsu television series Tokkei Winspector (Special Rescue Police Winspector). The set, titled the High-Tech Gear 3-Piece Set, is housed in its original carrying case. 14″ H x 19″ W.
Condition report:
The cardboard outer sleeve is in poor condition, exhibiting significant tearing, creasing, and edge loss throughout. The black plastic carrying case remains structurally sound but shows surface dust and minor scuffing.
