Description
Collection of seven vintage mechanical and wind-up toys. The lot includes a Soviet-era Mechanical Toy Railway featuring a lithographed tin base with moving train cars and its original illustrated box. Chinese-made items include a Torpedo Boat with a clear pilot dome and a Universal Plane globe toy with rotating aircraft, both housed in their original retail packaging. Japanese items consist of a plush-covered Winking Donkey wind-up, a Duck-Rabbit Tricycle by Toy Hero with a see-through gear case, and a tin litho drumming boy figure on a wheeled base with a vinyl head and fabric sleeves. The set also includes a 1987 Gravitron Space Gyro by Tedco, which remains unopened on its original illustrated blister card and marked Made in U.S.A. Largest box 6″ H x 6″ W.
Condition report:
The items exhibit various stages of age-related wear. Metal components show minor surface scuffs and light oxidation. Original cardboard boxes show shelf wear, creasing, and some crushing. The Gravitron Space Gyro is in unopened, original packaging. Mechanical and wind-up functions are present but have not been tested for long-term operation. All items appear largely complete with original parts as pictured.
