Description
Collection of 11 vintage DC Comics superhero-themed toys and accessories, primarily featuring Batman and Superman, c. 1974-1984. The group includes a Largo 36-inch inflatable Superman Bop Bag in its original box, an Empire Batman bicycle and tricycle siren with Super-Sonic sound in its original packaging, and Batman deluxe double adjustment roller skates in their original box. Also featured is a Power Records Batman storybook and record titled The Scarecrow’s Mirage and a carded Batcycle toy with a pull-string mechanism. The assortment further includes several carded accessories: Nasta Super Powers sunglasses for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman; a Joker yo-yo; an Alco Batman pencil sharpener; and a Galoob Sneak Previews Batman motion picture cassette. Largest item 7.25″ H x 7.25″ W x 4″ D.
Condition report:
The items exhibit varying degrees of shelf wear, creasing, and age-related toning to the original packaging. Several cardboard backing cards show corner wear and minor surface loss. The plastic blister packs on carded items show some yellowing and light scuffing consistent with age. The storybook shows minor edge wear. Most items remain in their original packaging.
