Description

Collection of nine vintage die-cast toy vehicles manufactured by Corgi in the late 1970s-1980s. The assortment includes Popeye and Olive Oyl (Models 2508 and 79), a Klingon Warship from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (Model 149), Tom and Jerry (Model 38), The Pink Panther (Model 19), Shazam (Model 24), and a James Bond 007 Lotus Esprit (Model 60). Also includes a Wild West Union Pacific passenger coach (Model 111) and a Pontiac Firebird (Model 180). Each vehicle is constructed of die-cast metal with plastic components and is housed in its original retail blister pack. Largest cardback 5″ H x 8″ W.

Condition report:

The die-cast vehicles appear to be in unused, factory-sealed condition within their original containers. The packaging shows significant age-related wear and shelf fatigue throughout the collection. Notable defects include yellowing, brittleness, and cracking of the plastic blisters, particularly on the Star Trek and Pontiac Firebird cards. The cardboard backings exhibit creasing, edge tears, corner softening, and some surface loss. Several cards bear handwritten price markings and remnants of original adhesive price tags. The Pontiac Firebird card has a significant tear at the top hanger hole.
