Six vintage model kits featuring characters and vehicles from film, television, and history. The group includes an Aurora Planet of the Apes Dr. Zaius Snap-together All Plastic Assembly Kit in its original box. Also included are two Comet Miniatures Doctor Who Patrick Troughton 1:8 scale vinyl model kits released for the 30th Anniversary (1963-1993). One of these kits contains vinyl components in a plastic bag, assembly instructions, and a Screamin’ 1993 product catalog. The collection further features an Aurora Universal Pictures The Wolf Man All Plastic Assembly Kit with gray plastic components in a clear plastic bag and the original instruction manual. An Aurora The Blue Knight of Milan All Plastic Assembly Kit from the historical warrior series is present in its original box. Finally, the lot includes an mpc Knight Rider Knight 2000 1/25 scale plastic model kit with black plastic components on original sprues within a clear plastic bag. Largest item 13″ H x 5.5″ W.
Condition report:
The items are in various states of preservation. The Dr. Zaius kit appears to be factory sealed or professionally re-wrapped. The Wolf Man box exhibits significant wear, including crushing and tearing on the lower right corner. The Blue Knight of Milan box shows light shelf wear. The Knight Rider and one Doctor Who kit have been opened, with components remaining in plastic bags. General shelf wear, including scuffing and corner blunting, is present across the packaging. No third-party grading labels are present.
