Ben Goodkin (American, 20th Century). Mid-Century Modern abstract carved wood sculpture. Biomorphic form consisting of smooth contours and deep pierced openings. Signed on the base B Goodkin ’70. 21″ H x 9 1/4″ W x 7″ D.
Condition report:
Visible age-related drying cracks and vertical fissures are present throughout the wood surface. There are scattered minor surface scuffs and light abrasions consistent with age and handling.
