Description
Wedgwood cobalt blue jasperware jardiniere with lion head masks and swags of grape leaves and garlands. Underside marked Wedgwood and England. 7″ H x 8 1/4″ diameter.
Condition report:
The exterior shows light surface scuffing and a few minor spots of dark residue. Small chips and losses to the blue slip are present along the upper rim. The white relief elements are largely intact with minor surface soiling. The interior exhibits significant staining, mineral deposits, and discoloration. Visible cracks to the underside of the base.
