Oil on canvas depicting a mid-century still life with a butterfly and flowers. Signed and dated E.C. Dean 46 in the lower right. 15 1/2″ x 19 1/2″
Condition report:
The painting surface exhibits minor scuffing and accumulated surface dirt consistent with age. The canvas panel appears stable. The carved wooden frame shows significant paint loss and extensive craquelure throughout the gilt and white finish.
