Description
Four vintage toy robots of varying manufacture and mechanism, each housed in its original box. The collection includes a Spanish-made Román brand “Robot Con Voz 6003” in a blue window box featuring “salva-obstaculos” (obstacle-avoiding) and “non stop” action. Also included is a black-boxed “Action Robot” featuring “bump ‘n go” action and shooting rockets, accompanied by two white plastic missiles. The third item is a “Monster Robot” in a silver-toned box with a hinged head that opens to reveal a red monster figure. The final item is a “Gear Robot” in a blue and red box with Japanese text, featuring a wind-up mechanism, clear torso revealing moving gears, and sparking action. Largest item 10″ H x 8″ W x 5″ D.
Condition report:
The Action Robot box has a handwritten sticker stating \"Does Not Work.\" Packaging shows age-related shelf wear including corner dings, creasing, and surface scuffing. The Gear Robot box exhibits significant crushing and edge tears. The Monster Robot box retains a price sticker from Children of Paradise. Internal mechanical components and electronic functions are untested.
