Description
Seven boxed model ships manufactured by Minic Ships by Hornby. Each model represents the Japanese battleship IJN Yamato, designated as model number M744. The vessels are constructed from die-cast metal at a 1:1200 scale. Each model is housed in an individual blue plastic display case featuring a clear acetate window and a photographic cloud background. Every display case is accompanied by an original cardboard protective sleeve. 3″ H x 12″ W x 2″ D.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in original, unused condition. The die-cast models remain secured to their internal display bases. The plastic display cases show light surface scuffing and age-related wear to the clear acetate windows. The outer cardboard sleeves exhibit typical shelf wear and minor staining consistent with age. One box retains a Harbour Plan sticker on the reverse.
