Description
Robert Indiana (American, 1928-2018). Two screenprinted posters. The first is for the LOVE Louisiana exhibition held in 1972 at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Humlebaek, Denmark. The second is for The Santa Fe Opera’s twentieth season, printed 1976. Both works are plate-signed and do not feature hand signatures or edition numbers. LOVE Louisiana 33 1/2 x 24 1/2 inches. Santa Fe 31 x 22 inches.

Condition report:
Both posters show significant wear along the edges, including multiple small nicks, tears, and creasing. General handling creases are visible throughout both sheets. The Santa Fe Opera poster exhibits pronounced toning and discoloration on the reverse side.
