Description
Arts and Crafts quartersawn oak hall bench with woven rush seat. High side panels with circular cut-outs and vertical slats. Through-tenon joinery on the lower stretcher. Seat with four-triangle woven rush pattern. 28″ H x 21 3/4″ W x 14 1/4″ D.
Condition report:
The bench shows signs of age and use including a vertical age crack on the top rail of one side panel. Minor scuffs, surface wear, and small chips are present along the bottom edges of the feet. The rush seat remains intact but displays minor surface wear and light discoloration consistent with use.
