Yves Tanguy (French, 1900-1955). Ink drawing on brown paper, abstract composition. Mounted to backing board. Signed lower right. Bernard Danenberg Galleries label on verso. 17″ x 15″ sight size, 22 5/8″ x 26 5/8″ mounted.
Condition report:
The primary brown paper element has irregular, torn edges as part of its design and mounting. The supporting off-white mounting board shows minor surface staining, light foxing, and visible wear at the corners and edges. Handwritten notes are present throughout the mount\'s verso.
