Description
A watercolor painting on paper by Richard Segalman. The atmospheric landscape features layered horizontal washes of orange, violet, and blue pigment, depicting a sky at sunrise or sunset over a dark, silhouetted horizon. The work is signed Segalman in the lower right corner. The painting is set within a white mat and a black wood frame with a gold-tone inner fillet. The reverse is sealed with brown paper and features a metal hanging wire.

Condition report:
The artwork is in good overall condition with some light toning visible on the mat. The frame shows minor surface wear consistent with age. There is a small puncture in the brown paper backing on the verso.
