Description
Large Neoclassical style gilt metal and cut glass bouillotte table lamp. Four scrolling gilt metal arms with lion mask motifs. The lamp is topped with an adjustable dark green tôle metal shade decorated with gilded neoclassical foliate motifs. The shade height is adjustable via a decorative key on the central shaft which is finished with a foliate finial. Tested and working. 36″ H x 16 1/2″ shade diameter. 6″ x 6″ base. Location: 4A
Condition report:
The gilt metal surfaces show minor wear. The green tôle shade exhibits scattered surface scratches and minor paint loss consistent with age. Wax candles show signs of previous use. Tested and working.
