Description
A Louis XV style drop-leaf occasional table featuring elaborate multi-wood marquetry veneers and gilt-bronze ormolu mounts. The square top is decorated with a central floral bouquet marquetry inlay, bordered by scrolling foliate patterns, and finished with a textured brass gallery edge. The table is equipped with four hinged drop leaves that, when extended, transform the surface into a quatrefoil shape. The leaves are supported by metal pull-out braces. The table stands on four cabriole legs, each featuring scrolling ormolu mounts at the shoulder and terminating in cast ormolu sabots. Stamped characters including the letters P and D are visible on the wooden apron alongside a worn circular mark.

Condition report:
The marquetry top shows minor scratches, light finish wear, and small staining consistent with age and use. The ormolu shoulder and foot mounts exhibit moderate tarnish and patina. The legs and base show scattered scuffs, dings, and finish loss, including a visible vertical split on the lower portion of one cabriole leg. The metal support braces for the leaves are functional with surface oxidation present.
