Description
An oil on board painting signed A. Montesinos depicting a romanticized nineteenth-century genre scene of figures promenading through a park. The work is executed on a board with a pronounced vertical linear texture and is housed in an ornate, deeply carved gilded wood frame with a linen liner. The painting is signed in the lower right corner. Sight: 15 1/4 x 11 3/8 in. Frame: 22 1/2 x 18 3/4 in.

Condition report:
The painting exhibits visible surface dirt and light grime throughout. The varnish layer appears yellowed with age.
